About Us.
Founded in 2010, PGL have built up an established family business providing contract brickwork to the new house building industry. From moving into new purpose built premises in 2020 at the Ashdown Business Park in Uckfield, East Sussex, PGL has become one of the largest employers in the area. We now employ over 500 dedicated tradesmen and supporting staff, currently working across 34 building sites in the South of England, for prestigious house builders.

Our site surveyors and estimators ensure exact specification and procedures are adhered to. Our project managers and management teams liaise with site managers to ensure each stage of the build is finished to complete customer satisfaction.
Through our new scaffold division, AGL, we service all our own scaffolding requirements to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted flow of work as each building stage progresses. We provide an end-to-end site service that allows peace of mind from set up timescale, erection of scaffolding through to removal at the end of the build, once other trades have finished.
Our work ethic, attention to detail and customer satisfaction has won us our repeat business. The health and safety of all our employees on site is of paramount importance. Our Health & Safety Policy is strictly adhered to and enforced by our dedicated officers.
