PGL & AGL are delighted to have won both brickwork and scaffolding contracts for two new sites for Cala Homes.
Phase 2 of Langmead Place, Water Lane - an exclusive collection of high quality, energy efficient homes, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses, nestled in the picturesque town of Angmering, on the West Sussex Coast.
The second site is a 320-home development in Coxbridge Farm, on the edge of Farnham in Surrey, including 96 planned as affordable housing. Homes will be equipped with electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps to help residents reduce their carbon emissions. Furthermore, the homes will be constructed with a timber frame which has been shown to have up to 20% less embodied carbon than a typical masonry build. For customers, timber frame could help reduce energy use compared to a traditional masonry structure by offering improved thermal efficiency.
