PGL first started working with CALA Homes in 2017 and were approached to supply the brickwork for their Arun Fields site. After successfully tendering we started work in October 2018. Building 58 properties comprising of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom houses. Managing the project through to completion, in line with the site timescale, we finished in April 2020.

Throughout the project we dealt with drawing revisions and supplying additional work where necessary. We are always happy to accommodate changes throughout the lifecycle of the development and understand the need for adaptability. We managed our team, enabling us to push and complete the areas necessary to align with the other contractors’ schedules on site.

We always focus on quality and ensure we have enough labour to enable us to meet deadlines whilst maintaining the high standards of work and safety we are known for. A key driver for this is our communication with other contractors throughout our phase of the building process.

Arun Fields is surrounded by three expansive areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty – High Weald, Surrey Hills and the South Downs and is just under 2 miles from the town centre of Horsham, which offers a host of amenities.

Regular direct train services running to London Bridge, London Victoria, Gatwick and Crawley and Brighton and Portsmouth being only an hour drive to the South and West, Arun Fields is a well-connected location.
