PGL first started working with CALA Homes in 2017 and have won multiple sites since.

We are delighted to be awarded the contracts for Brickwork & Scaffolding for their Hambrook Development, in Chichester, West Sussex. Work commenced in November 2022.

This new site site is on a 23-acre former agricultural site. The 118 homes development will comprise a mix of 1-4 bedroom starter and family homes that will have strong sustainability and biodiversity credentials. 40% of the new homes will be fitted with solar panels and all units will provide EV charging points.

Situated close to Chichester Harbour, their are green, open spaces with ponds, parks, play areas, a network of footpaths, cycling routes and bridleways. Treasured ancient woodlands and a new orchard all connect seamlessly with the stunning surrounding countryside.
