Dandara

PGL was awarded its first contract working with Dandara in June 2019 for 85 new homes in Littlehampton. The scheme will provide 73 houses and 12 apartments with 14 units being classed as ‘affordable’ and is due to be completed in November 2020.

This exciting development consists of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes tucked away just off Littlehampton’s Worthing Road. All the homes have a traditional relationship to a street or public space as well as a secure private garden.

He not only has a good relationship with me, but with the rest of my site team. We recently had our NHBC PIJ scoring, and the comments from Jamie Wood were very complimentary regarding your brickwork, and the process you were using to build.

Littlehampton is well connected and is easy to travel to London Victoria, Portsmouth and Southsea, Brighton, Chichester and Southampton. With award-winning beaches and parks Littlehampton has a lot to offer its residents.
