Nicholas King Homes

PGL first started working with Nicholas King Homes in March 2019 at their site The Swallows in Scaynes Hill to build 52 homes which consist of 2-bedroom apartments and 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom houses.

Scaynes Hill is just south of the market town of Haywards Heath, around 40 minutes to Brighton, 30 minutes to Gatwick and has direct train routes to London.
