PGL have worked with Persimmon Homes for many years. PGL and AGL are proud to be Brickwork & Scaffolding Contractors for this new build development at Tanners Meadow.

This new build development consists of 30 family homes comprising a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms including 12 affordable houses.

Although the land has space to accommodate many more homes, the developers took the decision to create a more modest development of 30 houses to ensure that the rural character of Strood Green is retained. This enabled them to leave much of the site as meadowland and landscaped open space.

68% of the site will remain undeveloped meadowland.
 
An enhancement of the village’s drainage system through the creation of new drainage ponds and channels. 

The on-site open space will provide areas for local recreation. 

89 parking spaces including garaging, private off-street and visitor spaces.

A palette of traditional materials and building styles will help create an informal / rural setting for the scheme.
